Delete your account
How to delete your ScoreBeat (L Trading · Ravo Works) account and its data.
Delete it in the app
- Open the app and go to “Settings” in the bottom menu.
- Under “My account” at the top, tap “Delete account”.
- Confirm “Delete your account?” by tapping “Delete account”. It is deleted immediately.
If you cannot use the app
- Email scorebeat9@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and the Google (or Apple) email you signed in with. We will delete the account after checking and reply to you.
What is deleted and what remains
- Deleted immediately: account ID, email address, nickname, sign-in data, rule acceptance, warnings and suspensions.
- Remains: your chat messages stay without an author, shown as “-”. To delete them too, ask us at the email above.
- Favorites and notification settings only ever live on your phone; we do not hold them. They are removed when you uninstall the app.
