ScoreBeat (the “App”) is a free live score app provided by [Company name] (“we”). This policy explains what information the App handles.

At a glance

• No sign-up. We never ask for your name or phone number. We only receive an email address if you choose to leave one when contacting us.
• No ads and no analytics or tracking tools.
• Your favorites and settings stay on your phone.
• We do not sell or share information with other companies.

Information stored only on your phone

• Favorite teams, leagues and matches, alert settings, quiet hours and language.
• This is never sent to our servers and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Information our servers receive

• What is needed to show match information: date, sport, language and any text you type in team search.
• Technical data sent automatically with any internet request: IP address and app/device type.
• We use it only to provide match information and protect the service (for example, blocking excessive requests), never to identify you. Server logs are deleted after [30] days.

When you contact us

• What you send through “Contact us”: your message, your email (if you enter one), app version, language, device type, and a random number created for this installation (used only to show replies under “My messages”; it does not identify you).
• Used only to reply, never shared. Deleted [1] year after we reply. To have it deleted sooner, email us.

Notifications

• Kick-off alerts (1 hour before) are scheduled on your phone; we do not receive any device information for this.
• You can turn alerts off at any time in your phone settings or in the App.

YouTube highlight videos

• Match videos under “Highlights” are played inside the App with the YouTube player, and the videos and preview images are loaded directly from YouTube (Google) servers.
• So when you open the highlights screen, or a match screen that has highlights, your phone connects directly to YouTube, and YouTube may receive information such as your IP address and device details. The App uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and we do not receive any user information from YouTube.
• Video playback is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). The content of videos, including any ads, is determined by YouTube.

Permissions

• Internet: to load match information, the match tracker and highlight videos.
• Notifications: to show kick-off alerts.
• Alarms & reminders (Android, optional): to deliver alerts at the exact time.

Sharing with others

• None. Match data comes from a sports data provider through our servers; the App does not connect to the provider directly. Highlight videos are the one exception: as described under “YouTube highlight videos”, your phone connects to YouTube directly.

Children

• The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect personal information from anyone.
